Who you'll work with

As an HR Associate at Sharaf Strategy Consultants, you will provide support for HR consulting projects, working alongside experienced consultants to develop and implement HR strategies. Your role will involve assisting with various HR tasks and contributing to the successful delivery of client projects.

You will collaborate with project managers and consultants to ensure that HR solutions are effectively executed and that client needs are met. This role provides an opportunity to gain experience in HR consulting while contributing to the success of our projects and enhancing client relationships.

What you'll do

As an HR Associate, you will be responsible for:

Supporting HR consulting projects by assisting with strategy development and implementation.
Collaborating with consultants to design and deliver effective HR solutions.
Assisting with project management tasks, including timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Providing support to clients throughout the consulting process.
Contributing to the successful execution of HR projects and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
