Who you'll work with

You will be based in our Dubai office. As a Project Manager specializing in Digital Transformation with ERP Next at Sharaf Strategy Consultants, you will take on a pivotal role in managing multiple ERP Next implementation projects. You will work directly with clients to understand their digital transformation needs, ensuring that their expectations are met with precision and excellence. Your role will involve frequent interaction with various stakeholders to align project goals with client objectives and drive successful outcomes.

In addition to client interactions, you will collaborate closely with our internal teams, including developers, business analysts, and other project managers. Your focus will be on coordinating project activities, managing resources effectively, and ensuring that each project is delivered on time and within budget. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding your team and maintaining high standards throughout the project lifecycle.

What you'll do

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

Leading and managing ERP Next implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Working closely with clients to understand their digital transformation needs and objectives.
Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including developers and business analysts, to deliver tailored ERP solutions.
Managing project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Providing leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Ensuring that all ERP solutions align with client objectives and meet industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

MBA with a specialization in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager with a focus on ERP Next implementations.
Strong ability to manage up to four digital transformation projects simultaneously, with a track record of successful delivery.
Excellent client management and communication skills.
Proficiency in ERP Next software and project management tools.
Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
