Who you'll work with

You will be based in our Dubai office. As a Project Manager specializing in Finance at Sharaf Strategy Consultants, you will oversee financial consulting projects, ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction. Your role will involve direct interaction with clients to understand their financial needs and deliver customized solutions that address their objectives.

In addition to client interactions, you will work closely with internal teams, including financial analysts and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring high-quality outcomes. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding your team and maintaining effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

What you'll do

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

Leading and managing finance consulting projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary contact throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies and solutions.
Managing project timelines, resources, and budgets, focusing on delivering high-quality financial outcomes.
Ensuring all projects align with client objectives and meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

MBA with a specialization in Finance or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager with a focus on finance projects.
Strong ability to manage up to four financial consulting projects simultaneously, with a track record of successful delivery.
Excellent client management and communication skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and financial software.
Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
