Who you'll work with

You will be based in our Dubai office. As a Project Manager with a specialization in HR at Sharaf Strategy Consultants, you will manage HR-related consulting projects, ensuring they meet client needs and expectations. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their HR challenges and deliver tailored solutions. You will serve as the main point of contact, building strong relationships and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

In addition to client interactions, you will collaborate with internal teams, including HR consultants and project coordinators, to ensure the successful execution of projects. You will oversee the management of project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring that each project is delivered on time and within scope. Your leadership will be key in guiding your team and maintaining high standards of service and quality.

What you'll do

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

Leading the execution of HR consulting projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
Managing project timelines, resources, and budgets, focusing on delivering high-quality HR solutions.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
Ensuring all projects align with client objectives and meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

MBA with a specialization in Human Resources or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on HR projects.
Strong ability to manage up to four HR consulting projects simultaneously, with a track record of successful delivery.
Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
